I bought a top of the line whirlpool refrigerator that was supposed to come with a nice bluetooth speaker for the top of it. It had to be ordered in because we didn't want the floor model. I drove back down over 50 miles one way and they had ordered the wrong color. I complained about having wasted my time and day off for nothing so they agreed to cover the cost for delivery. The fridge was delivered but no speaker. We called and asked where the speaker was and the salesman told us some bullshit about the color that we chose didn't come with a bluetooth speaker. And then he was saying that it was because they had to pay for delivery. All I have to say is that if this is how they want to treat their loyal customers then I will look elsewhere for the rest of our appliances. We have bought many appliances from them in the past and we planned on buying the whole rest of the kitchen appliances from them. I am so pissed because I feel that they have stolen from me. I could have bought the same model fridge without the speaker for a lot less money than what I spent.
